DJI Agras T100

Regular inspection and maintenance helps keep your DJI Agras T100 reliable, accurate, and ready when you need it. We built this guide as a practical quick-reference for routine inspections, cleaning, scheduled maintenance, and major service intervals.

Maintenance intervals should be adjusted for actual operating conditions. Heavy use, fertilizer exposure, corrosive products, dust, residue, or unusually harsh conditions may require more frequent inspection or service.

ROUTINE CHECKS

Before & after every operating day

A few minutes of inspection can catch loose hardware, wear, leaks, damaged wiring or contamination before it turns into downtime.

Operator check

Aircraft

  • Inspect the battery slider, pads, rollers, hooks and retaining clips for damage or abnormal wear.
  • Inspect aircraft arms and carbon tubes for cracks, coating damage or other visible damage.
  • Check arm locks and frame latches for cracks, deformation or abnormal looseness.
  • Keep the laser-radar window clean and free of chemical residue, fertilizer and dust.
Operator check

Spray system

  • Inspect spray hoses for wear, pinching, cracking or other damage.
  • Check hose connections for leaks and damaged seals.
  • Inspect and clean the strainer as needed.
  • Check the continuous liquid-level gauge and its hose.
  • Confirm the solenoid vent valve opens and operates normally.

Flush the spray system after each operating day.

Use clean water and thoroughly rinse the tank and plumbing. The source maintenance recommendation calls for rinsing the spray tank with clean water at least twice after daily operations. After thicker or difficult products, use an appropriate cleaning solution and make sure residue is removed before storage.

HIGH-USE SERVICE

Monthly & 100-hour inspection

For high-acre operators, aircraft hours can arrive before the calendar interval. Use whichever threshold comes first for the component being inspected.

Aircraft structure

  • Power-distribution-board connector
  • Middle-frame structure and mounting hardware
  • Landing-gear mounting screws
  • Radar mounting/support structure
  • Aircraft-arm mounting hardware

Power system

  • Motor condition and abnormal operation
  • Propellers for wear, damage or deformation
  • Propeller clamps and mounting condition
  • Aircraft-arm power wiring

Battery

Inspect the standard flight battery approximately every 100 charge cycles or one month. Check for swelling, dents, deformation and terminal contamination.

Spray system

  • Delivery pump - about every 100 hours or one month, plus regular post-operation cleaning
  • Centrifugal/mist sprinkler - about every 100 hours or one month
  • Flowmeter - monthly inspection

Generator

Inspect approximately every 200 charges or one month, including the case, battery terminals, fan and cooling system. Clean accumulated debris as needed.

New-aircraft 100-flight check

Motor, propeller, propeller-clamp and aircraft-arm power-line inspections begin after the first 100 flights, then continue at the recurring interval shown in the maintenance recommendation.

DEEPER INSPECTION

6-month service

These checkpoints include components that may require disassembly, electrical inspection or additional diagnostic testing. TJ Aerosense recommends handling these as scheduled dealer-service items.

ANNUAL REVIEW

12-month inspection

Annual service should include the scheduled monthly and six-month checkpoints along with a complete review of the aircraft structural, electrical, sensing, power and spraying systems.

Landing gear and the FPV / multi-camera vision system are specifically listed at a 12-month inspection interval.

The annual service should include the recurring monthly, 100-hour and six-month items rather than treating the 12-month rows as the only annual checks.

1,500 CYCLES

T100 flight battery

Maximum cycle guidance listed for the standard flight battery. Battery condition still needs to be monitored throughout its service life.

700 HOURS / 36 MONTHS

High-hour aircraft review

The maintenance recommendation uses 700 operating hours / 36 months as maximum replacement guidance for many aircraft components. We recommend a comprehensive condition-based inspection at this point to determine what should actually be serviced or replaced, rather than treating it as an automatic full-aircraft replacement list.

Routine: battery slider, arms, arm locks and frame latches.

Several power-system items receive an initial inspection after the first 100 flights, then recur around the 100-hour / monthly interval. Inspect sooner after motor stalls, abnormal noise, impact or motor/ESC temperature warnings.

Radar & vision systemsLaser radar, front radar, FPV & positioning

Routine: keep the laser-radar window clean using clean water, compressed air or a lint-free cloth as appropriate. Avoid harsh chemical agents and do not disassemble the radar dome for routine cleaning.

6 months: front radar, SDR antenna and RTK module.

12 months: FPV / multi-camera vision system.

Battery & electricalBattery, connector, boards, ESC & electronics

Monthly: battery connector and standard battery; battery inspection is also tied to approximately 100 charge cycles.

6 months: payload control board, payload adapter board, aerial electronics and ESC.

Spraying systemTank, hoses, pump, sprinklers, strainer & flowmeter

Before operation: hoses, hose connectors, strainer, continuous liquid-level gauge and solenoid vent valve.

After operation: flush the spray system and rinse the tank thoroughly.

100 hours / monthly: delivery pump and centrifugal/mist sprinklers.

Monthly: flowmeter.

6 months: spray-tank inspection in addition to daily cleaning.

Remote controllerMonthly inspection

Inspect the remote controller monthly for physical damage, connector condition and normal control operation. Keep the unit clean and protected from chemical contamination.

Generator200 charges or monthly

Inspect the generator case, battery terminals, fan and cooling system approximately every 200 charges or one month. Clean debris and confirm cooling airflow is unobstructed.
