Need Agras Service?

Please start every repair request through the DJI SmartFarm app on your phone. This sends the aircraft information and required photos directly to us and helps us process your repair much faster.

  1. Open the DJI SmartFarm app and tap the Profile tab — the person icon in the bottom-right corner.
  2. Tap Repair Service. This opens your repair history. If you have never submitted a repair request before, this page may be blank.
  3. Tap the green Request Repair button.
  4. If the aircraft has been submitted for repair before, it may already appear as a device you can select. Choose that device and continue.
  5. If it says Device not found, tap the green + Add Device to be Repaired button.
  6. On the Add Device to Be Repaired page, either enter the drone’s serial number (SN) or scan the tag on the aircraft.
  7. Once the device is added, select it. SmartFarm will ask for a photo of the SN plate, then photos of the drone from the front, rear, right side, and left side.
  8. The app will automatically fill in the rest of your information. Review it and tap Submit.

Once submitted, the repair request comes directly to TJ Aerosense so we can review the aircraft information before it gets to the shop and move the repair process along faster.
